<h1>Richmark Remodeling</h1><h2>Laborer / Handyman</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;The Woodlands, TX and surrounding Greater Houston area<br></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong>&nbsp;Full-time, field-based<br></p><p><br></p><h2>Be the Person Who Gets the Details Done</h2><p>Richmark Remodeling is looking for a dependable and versatile&nbsp;<strong>Laborer / Handyman</strong>&nbsp;to support our residential remodeling projects throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas.</p><p>This is a hands-on position for someone&nbsp;<span style="background-color: initial;">who is&nbsp;</span>comfortable taking care of the many small but important tasks that come up during a remodeling project. One day you may be installing a ceiling fan or replacing door hardware, and the next you may be mounting bathroom accessories, completing minor repairs, helping with punch-list items, or supporting the construction team wherever needed.</p><p>We're looking for someone who knows how to use tools, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can be trusted to work professionally inside our clients' homes. You don't need to be a master of every trade, but you should have solid hands-on construction or handyman experience and be comfortable figuring out everyday repair and installation tasks.</p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Complete general handyman and construction-support tasks on residential remodeling projects</li><li>Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, door handles, locks, and basic hardware</li><li>Install bathroom accessories such as toilet paper holders, towel bars, mirrors, and similar fixtures</li><li>Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and punch-list items</li><li>Assist with basic carpentry, hardware installation, and finish work as qualified</li><li>Help prepare areas for upcoming construction or installation work</li><li>Assist Project Managers and trades with miscellaneous jobsite needs</li><li>Pick up or deliver materials and supplies when required</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of occupied homes</li><li>Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately</li><li>Identify problems or additional work that needs attention and communicate them to the Project Manager</li><li>Protect clients' homes, finishes, furniture, and belongings while completing work</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude around homeowners, coworkers, and trade partners</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>At least&nbsp;<strong>1 year of hands-on construction, laborer, maintenance, or handyman experience</strong></li><li>Comfortable using common hand and power tools</li><li>Ability to complete basic residential installations and repairs independently</li><li>General understanding of residential construction and home maintenance</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions</li><li>Comfortable working independently as well as supporting a larger construction team</li><li>Professional and respectful when working inside clients' homes</li><li>Physically able to perform active construction work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet</li><li><strong>Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required</strong></li><li>Ability to travel to jobsites throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas</li><li>Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of applicable pre-employment screening and reference checks</li></ul><h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2><ul><li>Depending on experience and skill level</li><li>Potential gas and vehicle reimbursement for approved business travel</li><li>Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of residential construction and remodeling tasks</li><li>Opportunity to develop additional skills and responsibilities as the company grows</li></ul><h2>Why Richmark Remodeling?</h2><p>Richmark Remodeling specializes in high-quality residential renovations throughout The Woodlands and Greater Houston area.
